Like new condition. Designed to be fitted at waist and hips with an A-line skirt. This is a lightweight drapey crepe fabric with a dry hand feel made from 53% Viscose, 47% Rayon. This item runs small in the hips - I wear a size 28 jean and it was too tight in the hip area so selling.
