changx1014 @kris10_kris10 Hi! size runs large for this dress, for size 0 ptp is 19 inch, waist is 15 inch. for size 2 ptp is 20 inch, Waist is 16 inch. It has adjustable strap on the waist which could easily be adjusted. I'm usually a size 2, 34b and 26 waist, I could wear 0 for this one, hope this helps!
