Referee Style T-Shirt Size XL

This is in like new condition. Unbranded, bought this for my son for Halloween last year (he went as a blind ref) he only wore this once. It has a zipper collar. Tag shows 3X but it’s a better fit for someone who wears an XL. It does have stretch and my son (who is a 3X) was able to wear it but it was tight. See pictures for measurements and condition.
