Refashioned Express Pin Striped Button Down Blouse with Tie Waist

This blouse has been refashioned into a sleekV neck button down blouse with an attached tie at the waist. Originally it had a ruffled neck as shown in last picture. It is fitted with princess seams. Long sleeves have fold over buttoned cuffs. The material has some stretch Pit to pit measures 19” Center back neck to hem 24.5”
