Reed & Barton Holiday Silver Plated Scalloped Oval Serving Tray 11.5"

This is an elegant vintage silver-plated serving dish made by the renowned American silversmith, Reed & Barton. It is in their highly collectible "Holiday" pattern (Model #111), easily identified by its beautifully scalloped and fluted rim surrounding a smooth oval center. The design is characteristic of Mid-20th Century hollowware (circa 1945-1960s). The versatile dish measures approximately 11.5 inches wide by 6.3 inches deep. It's perfect for serving appetizers, candies, or bread, or for use as a sophisticated decorative tray on a vanity, dresser, or entry table. The tray is clearly marked on the bottom: "REED & BARTON, 111, Holiday".
