Reduced Pre-owned Ann Taylor Polka Dots Tube Dress

I just realize my mannequin was bigger than me back then because the zipper can't zip to the end. I wore only a couple time now won't fit me anymore :-( please see the detail picture specially the last picture I just discover probably was stretch to tight by mannequin.
