Red & white floral maxi dress with tie back Express (size XS)

I’ve only worn this dress twice for two separate weddings. It’s in great condition, just like new. It’s perfect for summer events or just to look and feel chic! The dress ties at the low back and the material is flattering and cooling. There is a slit in the front of the dress that comes up to mid-thigh.
