Red velvet tunic dress with pockets

Deep “V” red velvet tunic dress with pockets. Never been worn! Only reason for selling is that it’s a brighter red than I thought it would be. (Pictures show true color) Slight high-low (only about 2 inches) and 3/4 length sleeves!
