Red purse with black scroll detail

Red and black purse with black scroll design. I can’t find any name on this bag but it appears to be a quality bag. The inside looks as if it has never been used. It has feet on the bottom. Appears to be leather but since there is absolutely no tags on this I can’t assume it is. Looks like it could be a cross body bag but the long strap is missing. Small white smudge on front. See last 2 photos. Nice inlaid center zipper .
