spalalaboutique @taylor1792 hi, when they left here both liners were perfectly fine. The only thing I can think is the heat and shipping. With those liners it's super important to use a very sharp or new sharpener. It's an issue with the liners apparently. A dull one won't sharpen them correctly. I tried hard to help you, ship quickly and answered all your questions. I really wish you would have contacted me instead of leaving me less than a 5 star review.

taylor1792 I can fix the review but it wasn't the heat at all and you were beyond helpful and I thank you for that, but on that note it was broken not the heat and I went out and bought a BRAND NEW urban decay sharpener because I had heard the same, sorry if I offended you that was not my intention because u were very helpful, I will change you're rate back to a 5
