Red dress with sheer black sparkle top layer

Short red layered red dress. Top layer is sheer black with sparkle details. Second red polyester layer shows through top layer. Under red layer is netting to give it flounce. Under netting is another red layer so it doesn’t itch. Four layers but this dress is light and cool. Worn once. Size is a 5. Seems to be tight on the size 4 mannequin Great for homecoming, prom, or any special event!
