Red blouse

This blouse is perfect for the office or happy hour. Bright red 100% polyester has a flowy fit. The hanging ruffles on the front all have the fraying around the side, that's just how they were cut by the manufacturer. One of them is a little more frayed than the rest (picture #4), but not noticable when wearing it. There are 2 small spots on the front of the blouse, also not noticable since it's flowy.
