Red and black floral pencil Skirt

Cute and festive! This is either a medium or a large. My waist measurement is 30 in and my hips 48 in and this fits me comfortably. It should defintatly fit someone with smaller hips or it could be worn lower if you are smaller than me. It isn't super shaped but the fabric hugs nicely. Very soft rayan fabric The pattern looks like it was inspired by Chinese woven silk florals. The whole effect is very y2k Japanese themed club.
