This Little Red and White Smocked Dress and Bloomer Set is Precious!! The set is done by Carriage Boutique (a division of Feltman Brothers Fine Quality Children's Apparel) The set is done in 100% Cotton for comfort and breathability. The bodice is fully smocked with red and white embroidery. Two rows of Chevron pattern borders highlight the lattice design embroidery with red bullion knots and white accents. The polka dot pattern of the fabric remids me of snow falling. The rounded neckline has a soft white pleated ruffle trim, adding elegance to the dress. The back yoke has a 3 button closure. A matching tie-back sash is attached and ties in the back for a perfect fit. The cotton fabric is great for all year round.
