Red and Green Holiday trimmed tutu with bow

Was purchased for ages 9/10 yrs. Elastic waistband makes it stretchy. I did include flat lay measurements hoping it will help. My daughter wore this as a Girls M/L and it was fine. Green ribbon on the front ties into a bow. No holes, rips, or stains. From a pet and smoke free home.
