Red Wine Choker Dress

Maroon colored choker dress with cinch waist and tie. Elegant ruffled detail in the front. Fabric has a subtle shimmer. Open back v-shaped. One button on the neck is missing (picture shows), but other than that, in great condition. Only worn once.
