Red, White & Blue Stone Pendant

This unusual looking pendant seems to appear to have a stone that is most likely a coral. I am not experienced with this type of gemstone to know exactly how do I identify the stone that has all three colors of red, white and blue within. (Jasper?) Or, this could possibly be a Red Blue Fire Agate. Another Poshette claims it may be a Lapis Lazuli. I always appreciate someone's knowledge when it comes to details like this. I purchased this at some wholesale jewelry show. I have attached this onto a long 32-in stainless steel ball chain necklace. PRICE ALREADY REDUCED
