phammond01 @skd1 you’re welcome! It is stretchy cotton like a tee shirt…but not sure how much stretch you’d need.

skd1 19” is my ideal measurement for anything stretchy. 18” is really the minimum I could stretch too. The pattern of this dress is just so cute! I think I would need to lose weight to fit in it. Darn!!!
