Great preowned condition except for some pulling at front v neck as seen in last two pictures. Sleeveless with shirting and tie at shoulders. Long maxi length. Big ruffle at bottom. Easy pullover style. Elastic waist. Would be so cute at a Memorial Day, Fourth of July, or Hawaiian party or trip. DressTag says size Large although I believe this is a junior’s Large.
