Red Urban Outfitters Felt Beret - so good! Berets are back and this is one of my favorites. Red lips and a black mock neck is timeless and a crowd pleaser when you're out! This is a bit stretchy so it should fit a small or medium head size very easily. I never had a problem with wind or movement. Only selling because I was gifted another red beret!
