Red Two Toned black and red long sparkle prom dress Size Xs/S

Given to me by someone else, only worn once at a prom in 2004. Overall a very pretty two toned effect, floor length, has a tulle under layer, outside material seems to be possibly tulle or nylon. Strappy low cut back. Unfortunately there is a small white paint spot at the bottom of the dress (photo included) may be possible to fix or cover. There is no tag, but is likely a XS/S
