Red Top with Split Sleeves

Cute little polyester/ spandex material top. Straps tie on the shoulder and are merely for decoration only and the sleeves have a slit down the arm for an exposed shoulder/ cold shoulder. Top is loose with a fittee band around the hip area. ❤
