Red Summer Dress

This is an awesome and unique red dress. You can wear it with flats or heels. It has an amazing back to it. It says size medium but I believe it would fit a medium or large, especially if you have a larger chest. The straps just seem to fit better that way. I have never worn it outside the house. NWOT. Depending on how straps are adjusted, it could range from 27"-30". It has an elastic waist, which measures at 13" with plenty of stretch.
