Red Striped Button Down Shirt with Star Accents

Tag says medium, I’m not sure if this is a men’s or women’s, but I’m going to go with women’s. I can take measurements if needed. I wore this rodeo queening in the 90s. So it’s not sharp white anymore and it has a small snag on right shoulder and 2 small stains - not noticeable from a few feet away. (See pics). We hand put them plastic stars on. Like 4th from neck line is missing.
