I bought this red strapless cocktail dress quite a few years ago and never wore it. Being flat chested means strapless dresses are a no go :( This dress has boning in the bust, smocking in the back for better fit, and is fully lined! The slight black tint in the back is the elastic through the sheer part. Bust is 12 1/2” Waist is 10 1/2 Length is 29” Perfect for date night! Smoke free, pet friendly home.
