Red Special Occasion Dress and Headband

This is such a special dress for a little girl! It has multiple layers of fabric to give it some volume and adorable rosettes at the waist. It’s in very good condition with a tiny little hole under one rosette (as shown in the last photo). I have no idea what caused it, but it’s not super noticeable.
