This Luli & Me Red Smocked Dress is too sweet! Done in a beautiful red hue, this dress has just the right features. The smocked neckline has a hand-embroidered loops done in two shades of green to add dimension. Within the loops is a lattice design smocking done in red embroidery. Within the lattice design are little white and green floral clusters with tiny clear seed beads which add just a touch elegance. The short puff sleeves gather with elastic and have a ruffled hem.
