Red Skull and Anchor Hot Topic Dress

Really cute Red skull and anchor dress from Hot Topic! It's size Small but has some stretch to it. It was one of my favorites back in the day, but it no longer fits me. Selling cheap because laces for the sleeves are very frayed and will need to be replaced. There's also some pin holes in the back of the sleeves - not noticeable when worn, but still pictured.
