Koko Ailis White crew neck T shirt Top with Red polka dot pattern and sparkling sequin lips, white teeth and tongue semi sticking out to the side. The sleeves are cute and ruffled with two layers. I have seen this design/pattern done on many high end lux fashion brands like Alice and Olivia & Versace to name a few… They all look pretty similar to me but this one seems to be unique with the ruffled sleeves. Please note the tag says XL- but plz check measurements. Unless this shirt was designed to be a tighter fit, accenting curves- I would say this is more like a large or medium large- but this is my opinion only!
