Red Sequin Dress with Tulle Skirt

Stunning red dress featuring a sequin top and flowing tulle skirt. Perfect for special occasions. This was given to us new as a gift. We do not know where it is from and the tag inside does not say the brand or the size. We think it is close to a 12 as my daughter is now in a 14/16 (which some are big) and this is tight (but can still be put on). She is about 5 feet and 100lbs. Only worn once. No defects.
