Red Ruffle Top

Like new condition! Layered ruffles with flutter off the shoulder sleeves. Very flattering shape! I would say this is true to size, would work for medium as well. So cute with black jeans and booties! It’s just not getting enough attention in my over crowded closet! 🙈😂
