Red Prom Dress

Red chiffon prom dress with gemstone accents from 2012. Worn once. Has a side zipper. The flutter sleeves can be worn up or dropped down for a cold shoulder look. The back was patched up so it wasn't so low cut. There's no tag with a size but I think it's about a size 8. The width at the narrowest part, around the ribcage, is about 14 inches or about 28 inches all around. The length from the shoulder to the hem is about 58 inches.
