Red Polka Dot and Black Dress

This item comes from a puppy loving household. It is not new but it is in good condition! It was never worn, the tags were just taken off and it came with a little discoloration (white) on the far left side of the skirt. It can probably be washed out or color matched. Swing style dress with a red polka dot top and black skirt. Perfect for any throwback looks or dance parties!
