Red Polka Dot Dress with Scallop Neckline

Adorable red dress with white polka dots. The tag says large, but I am a small and it’s even a little snug on some areas for me, so I’m not sure what this brand is trying to pull off. That’s why it’s listed as a small but the tag says it is large!
