Red Metal Lantern Wall Light Wood Base White Lamp Shade Vintage Non-working

Wall hanging light, non-working Pre-owned condition, does have scuffs and scratches and the wood piece is wearing down. The light use to work but not anymore. Needs to be rewired to work. Measurements are in the last few photos
