Red Lace Mermaid Gown with Open Back

Brand New condition with tags still on. I bought this dress for my prom but it was too tight in the hip area. It was supposed to be a size 4 but it is more like a size 2-0. Would fit best on someone who has a tiny butt, not to be weird but it’s just the truth and I feel it’s helpful information for anyone interested. I can upload photos of it hanging if desired, please let me know. I would love to put some photos up of me wearing it but again it doesn’t fit me and I don’t know anyone who is tiny enough to fit into it. It’s such a beautiful dress. I’d love to have someone enjoy it rather than it collecting dust.
