Gorgeous ruffled, red dress from Express. Dress has long layers ruffled with a slit that comes up to show off some leg! Cinched elastic waist. Adjustable spaghetti straps with a ruffled side sleeve. Low neck but has an optional clasp to raise the neckline. Really lovely and romantic for summertime! Size is XS but could fit small as well. New; never worn; no tags.
