mmsshops @jquo8989 Hello! Condition is like new. Pit to pit is about 18 inches and length is about 25 inches. No tears or stains. The clips to close the coat have some wear underneath but you can’t see them until you look at the clips closely. I’ve also updated the listing with more pictures showing the measurements and clips. Hope this helps
