There are soft, flexible parts to the jacket but there is not much flexibility in the shoulders or sleeves. A standout piece perfect for autumn fun! Measurements: see images! front length 20”, armpit to armpit about 16” + some stretch, back length 20” firm, back shoulders 15”. Overall jacket has little stretch, see images for material details!
