Red Embroidered Cotton Pullover with Smocking

This beautiful embroidered top doesn’t have a price tag or a size, but I will provide measurements. It is 100% cotton and needs to be washed in cold water. The sleeves are 3/4 length and the neckline is elastic. Shoulder to hem is 26 inches. Underarm to underarm is about 20 inches.
