obaoba @kjshurte Hi Karey, thank you for your interest. There is no lining. You could wear it as a swim cover or, if you prefer to wear it as a maxi dress, you could put any color slip dress underneath, due to the fact that it’s multicolored. I’ll measure its length asa I arrive home later today, ok?
