Please give me the following information: 1) Is it "new" as in without any issues? 2) What is the length (back of neck to bottom of hem)? 3) What is the measurement shoulder-seam to shoulder-seam (I have broad shoulders, so this is important)? 4) What is the measurement where the waist would be (by which I mean the bottom hem of the bodice with the item fully buttoned up)? 5) And finally, are the arms skintight, or is there room to move?
