Red Cabbage Lettuce Tureen Casserole Dish Decor with Lid Pottery

I don't think this item is food safe, I believe it is for decoration only. Hand made. There is a small chip/nick along the inside edge (see photo). There is what looks like a crack along the top leaf of the lid but that isn't a crack, it's just where that piece of clay was attached to the top. There appears to be white specks from where paint didn't adequately cover the item. See photos for measurements.
