Highly Collectible desirable & HTF Amberina ruby red glass bird (Morning Dove) on a nest dish, vintage candy dish or covered butter dish. This is pressed glass & associated with the "Moon and Stars" pattern and manufactured by LE Smith Glass Company. Key features include: Color: A gradient of ruby red that fades into an amber or orange hue, characteristic of the "amberina" glass style. Glows golden with Black light. Design: A covered dish featuring a bird figure as the lid, sitting on a basket-weave patterned base. Material: Pressed glass with a high-shine finish.
