Rechargeable Waterproof Dog Training Collar

eXuby 2X Shock Collar for Small Dogs w/ 1 Remote & Training Dog Clicker - 3 Modes (Sound, Vibration & Shock) - Rechargeable Batteries. Please see photos. One of the small plastic pieces for attaching the collar broke. We put black electrical tape to hold that side in place. The sound and shock features worked when I tested it yesterday. The vibrate mode might not be working.
