azulpacifica The HB I got like yours definitely has some wear on the straps. Had blush spilled in it, which a baby wipe took care of. Seriously, people must be overjoyed when they buy a purse from me lol. They are pristine. The user you asked me about, I bought the Love, Henri or Bendel Girl bag (I've seen it called both) in the red and black. I love it. I just didn't like how she slightly squished it into a box not quite deep enough so that it wrinkled it a bit. But I'm a freak about taking care of shoes and bag and jewelry lol. But it was in really good condition. Seems like an honest, nice seller. I want to say someone else had a spot of trouble with her. But I was happy.
