Rebecca minkoff "phoebe" oxfords NOT shiny black

NWOT. First pic is stock image only. Selling a non-shiny black leather pair as seen in the other photos. The size is 6.5 I'd say because I'm a true 7 and they are a bit snug. Listed as 6.5 for accuracy even though tag says 7. Also not for high arches because it is a slim fit. Beautiful color and finish, only tried them on at home and never worn outside.
