This is such a delicate, yet boldly feminine top! This Rebecca Taylor top is sheer, has a smocked peplum waist, high neck, and billowy lantern sleeves, sort of a bishop sleeve, accented with ruffles. With half length sleeves, a zip up back, and rounded neck, you can’t go wrong. It’s a navy blue, with a hint of indigo and pink floral details with flecks of metallic gold foil. This top is gently used, but missing the inner tags. It’s made of 83% silk and 17% metallic. Otherwise, it’s in gently used condition!
