1shoppinvn @conniecamargo hi, thanks for asking. I pulled the bag out to measure. the handle drop is only 4 inches, so I would say no. the double handles are for hand held, or to be worn on your forearm. It does come with a long detachable strap though!! Fyi..when I took the bag out, I was reminded how super soft the leather is!! hope that info helps!
