Is this a soft leather? And is the strap long enough to be a cross body bag?

@virginiajornlin it's a firmer leather--bag is structured and holds its shape. Straps are adjustable--there are snaps which let you adjust to the length you want--and it definitely can be used as a shoulder bag or crossbody.
